Delivery & Returns
We currently deliver to UK Mainland only.
Wherever possible, we aim to ensure Items are despatched within 7-10 days of payment being received/cleared and often much sooner. Please advise a suitable daytime telephone number for our courier. Also if there is a certain day that is best for your delivery please advise at time of order so we can arrange this.
On the odd occasion when we are waiting for items to be delivered to us, there may be a short delay, but we will ensure that as soon as we receive them, we make arrangements to delivery them safely to you.
We use various express couriers to guarantee the best prices and fastest delivery times. All goods leave our premises in perfect condition and we do everything we can to ensure deliveries are not damaged in transit. Extra packing is added to each item to prevent damage whilst in transit.
Important - When your Delivery Arrives
When you receive your delivery if it looks damaged in any way please mark the delivery note as damaged even if you accept the item. That way if anything is damaged we can claim from the courier. If you do not do this we cannot supply any replacements or issue refunds.
If you discover there are any problems with your delivery, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to help remedy the situation.
Wherever stated, delivery costs are estimated based on the weight of each individual item and the destination address. There may be alternative delivery options available for smaller items. If you are buying a small item from outside the Mainland England and Wales area, then please contact us and we may be able to organise cheaper shipping costs for you.
